Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. For monthly usage above β¬5,000, we offer a 10% volume discount. Above β¬20,000 the discount increases to 20%. Annual contracts receive an additional 10% discount.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. What you see is what you pay. No setup fees, no egress fees, no API call fees beyond usage pricing.
Can I switch between Track 1 and Track 2?
Yes. You can use both tracks simultaneously. Track 1 products are available immediately, Track 2 requires consultation for capacity planning.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfers, and annual invoicing for enterprise customers.
